The Han Lon Mental Health and Wellbeing Course is our new unique programme. Designed for people from all walks of life, the course helps individuals recognise the causes of stress in their lives and offers real answers to combat stress using influences from Eastern and Western cultures.

Our exercises

Our Chinese health exercises are an important element of this course. The exercises have a calming effect and promote good energy (or Chi) throughout the body. They also energise the body’s immune system and put your body back in balance. A balanced person will feel healthier, and their mind will be calm. The exercises do have a powerful effect on people’s health and wellbeing – from a human perspective, positive energy attracts positive energy.

Meditation, relaxation techniques and visualisation:

These techniques help you relax and rejuvenate your body and mind, helping you to turn negative stress into positive energy. The Han Lon Mental Health and Wellness course can help you change the way you think about your home and work lives and enable you to manage competing sources of stress.
